Introducing Tulip Global

Institutional Consultancy for the Mission of the Church

Strengthening Religious Congregations, Dioceses, and Church institutions through structured project development, fundraising systems, and long-term accompaniment.

From Training to Accompaniment

Since 2023, Tulip Trainings has equipped hundreds of priests, religious, and lay leaders in Project Cycle Management, Logical Framework Approach, Theory of Change, and ethical fundraising. Our participants come from Religious Congregations, Dioceses, and Mission institutions across the Global South and Global North.

Training is a foundation. But institutions have told us, again and again, that learning alone is not enough. To translate pastoral vision into sustainable mission, they need ongoing accompaniment — help setting up project offices, developing donor-ready proposals, clarifying their Theory of Change, and building systems that last.

The Tulip Global Institutional Consultation Programme is our response. It is not a service transaction but a mission-oriented partnership, rooted in the conviction that the mission of the Church requires both spiritual depth and professional competence.

Who We Serve

The programme is open to mission-oriented Church institutions across the world.

Religious Congregations (Men and Women)

Dioceses and Archdioceses

Parish Networks and Ecclesial Movements

Catholic NGOs and Social Service Societies

Mission-oriented institutions — schools, hospitals, social centres

What We Do

Four areas of consultancy support, tailored to the charism and context of each institution.

1

Project Development and Management

We help institutions identify priority needs and transform them into well-designed, donor-ready projects. Concept notes, full proposals, logical frameworks, implementation plans, monitoring frameworks, donor reporting. We accompany projects from conceptualisation through execution.

2

Setting Up a Project Office

We support Dioceses and Congregations in establishing a dedicated Project Office — defining structure, roles, workflows, documentation standards, and coordination systems. A centralised unit that brings efficiency, accountability, and continuity to mission projects.

3

Developing a Theory of Change

We help institutions articulate their Theory of Change — linking mission, activities, and expected outcomes. A clear Theory of Change strengthens strategic clarity, improves donor confidence, and gives the institution a language for its long-term vision.

4

Training and Capacity Building

We design tailored training for clergy, religious, and lay collaborators in project planning, donor engagement, and fundraising. Practical, contextual, delivered in English, French, or Spanish, building internal capacity so institutions gradually become self-reliant.

How We Work

A structured, relationship-based engagement in four steps.

1

Formal Request

The process begins with a Request Letter from the Congregation or Diocese. This establishes institutional intent and ensures transparent, official collaboration.

2

Institutional Study and Dialogue

We review available documents, meet with leadership and operational teams, and undertake a preliminary assessment. Discernment-oriented — ensuring the consultancy is aligned with the institution's charism, realistic in scope, and responsive to real field needs.

3

Consultancy Proposal

We prepare a comprehensive proposal covering scope, methodology, deliverables, timeline, financial structure, and terms. A professional blueprint for the collaboration.

4

Memorandum of Understanding

A formal MoU defines scope, duration, mutual responsibilities, financial commitments, and governance. The MoU marks the transition from dialogue to structured accompaniment.
